We've created this 'Getting started' guide to help you set up your workspace, and then build on the basics. There are lots of ways to support your patients in Storyline (but you don't need to cover them all right away to get started). 

In this article we'll cover what you need to set up your account, add your team members, and set up your first waiting room and Program.

Step 1 - Set up your Account

1. Add your account info, logo, subdomain, phone number, and time zone (Total time: 2 minutes)
Add your logo and check your address, phone number and time zone.

2. Sign BAA (Total time: 2 minutes)
Execute a BAA with Storyline to stay HIPAA compliant.

3. Connect a payment gateway to accept payments (Total time:10 minutes)
Connect your Storyline account through a secure payment gateway to accept payments. No financial data for you or your patients ever transits Storyline or is stored on our servers.
