You can add a sequence of emails and messages along with Sessions to create comprehensive programs for any use case.

To add an email or secure message to a Program

  1. Add Message to a program
  2. Set the schedule
  3. Select email or secure message

Add an email

Emails provide the most user friendly experience and should be used for messages that do not contain medical or confidential information.

Add a secure message

Secure messages require users to login to view and should be used if you're sending confidential information.
