Here's how you can remove someone from an active program and delete their data.
This can be useful if you have people or test data that you want to remove, or if for some reason you need to restart the program for someone.
- Go to your Programs page
- Click on the "People" link. This will open up your contacts page with the people in that program.
- Click on the Actions link (the 3 dots on the right) and select Remove & Delete Data
Note: This will remove that person from the program and permanently delete any data that is associated with that program, but will not prevent that person from rejoining the program at the beginning.
How to remove a patient or subject from a program
1: Go to your Programs page and click on the "people" link on the right. This will open the contacts page with a list of people in that program.
2: Select the person you want to remove, and click "Remove & Delete Data" from the actions link on the right.
That person will be removed from the program and all data associated with that program will be permanently deleted.
This individual will be able to rejoin the program.
