Your account includes a subdomain that allows for greater security and branding, and acts as your team and patient portal.
Your subdomain must be unique and identifiable as your business or organization. Abbreviations etc. are fine but you may not use a subdomain that is generic or tied to a condition, disease or treatment.
To setup or edit your subdomain:
- Go to Settings > Account Settings
- Edit "your account subdomain" field
- Click Save to save your changes
Changing your subdomain may affect links and impact access. It's best to decide on a subdomain and keep it.
