Storyline Intelligence can be enable, disabled, configured at the account level.

To configure Storyline Intelligence inside your account:

Go To: Account Settings > Intelligence

Enable or Disable: Data Extraction, Engagement, and Reporting

Data Extraction: Is required for Storyline Intelligence to work. If you disable this at the account level you are disabling Storyline Intelligence for everyone and every Program inside your account.

Engagement: allows Programs to provide feedback and coaching to those enrolled in the program.

Reporting: provides reporting to those who are part of that specific Program's Team.
