Actions can be added added to some question types to change a status, add a tag, send an immediate notification.

One of the most common uses for actions is to add a JUMP ACTION to 'skip' questions that are not needed. For example; you might ask if a patient or subject is in pain – if they answer "No", you can skip questions asking about that pain.

Actions are almost infinitely flexible and you can use them in any combination.

To set an action trigger:

  1. Click the "Actions" link at the bottom
  2. Configure the Actions
  3. Choose one or more questions that will trigger the actions.
  4. Click "Save"
