We think it's critical that everyone has control of their data and information at all times, and so we allow you the ability to delete your account, and your data.
Deleting your account can NOT be undone. Deleting your data will negatively impact this program and it’s goals including scientific research and learning. It will remove all of your personal information from this program and can NOT be undone.
If you're considering deleting your account, please contact the program owner before proceeding.
To delete your account and remove your data from Storyline:
- Login to your Personal Account at https://app.storyline.care
- Go to: Settings > Account Settings
- Click the checkbox and then the Delete Account button
- Confirm you want to delete your account.
Note: We delete your account and data from Storyline. We are not able to delete data that has left our system or that we are legally required to keep.
Example: Your doctor is using Storyline to communicate with you and monitor your progress. They are legally required to keep a record of those interactions. Deleted your account will remove your responses and data from our system, but your doctor will still have a record of those interactions.
