If you've clicked on an Openstory link that is not active you'll see a page like this:

This is because the program is not currently set to the 'active' state that allows access.

This is either because the owner has not yet activated it, or they've paused or closed the program either temporarily or permanently.

If you feel that you should have access, you should contact the page owner directly and they can either activate the page, or add individuals to the program manually.
