If you accept payments, there's the possibility that you might need to issue a refund for a payment or subscription.
To issue a refund or payment:
- Go to: Contacts Page > Contact > More (3 dots menu)
- Click on "Refund" (Opens a pop-up modal)
- Enter the refund amount
- Optional: Remove this contact from any paid access rooms or programs
- Click "Issue Refund"
- The contact and the account owner will both receive an email that a refund of ___ has been issued.
- The refund will be part of the contacts history
- If you've removed paid access and subscriptions the contact will no longer have any access to paid offerings and future payments will be canceled. (This will not prevent the contact from joining future paid access programs or rooms.)
- If you wish to email the contact after issuing a refund, just select the contact and send them a message.4
