Storyline supports multiple, secure ways to log in to your account including email/password and one-time magic links sent via email or phone number.

1-time login code (Magic Link)

Login simply by entering your email or phone number. If we recognize you we'll email or text a 1-time code that you can use to login. 

You can choose where we send the code, so if you're logging in to the mobile app you'll probably want to choose text. Just click on the code that we text to you.

Note: You may be asked an additional question if you haven't logged in recently or are logging in from an unknown location or computer.

Login with email and password

If you want to login with your email and password just click on the link:
"Or sign in with email and password"

Reset your password

Go to the login page here: https://app.storyline.care
Click on the link: Or sign in with email and password
Click on: I forgot my password
Enter the email you signed up with

This will send a 'reset' link to your email. You can click on that link, reset your password, and then you should be able to login.
