Storyline is a serious piece of infrastructure with customers relying on us to provide rock-solid reliable service for mission critical needs. Providing these services while improving and maintaining Storyline costs money, and we want to continue providing the kind of reliable service that our customers can depend on.

Why do you have free accounts?

We want every clinician to have access to next generation telehealth tools as they get started, and as they grow. We want to demonstrate value before asking you to pay for access.

Why is pricing linked to number of contacts and usage?

If you're a larger organization, you're deriving more value from the product, using more resources and costing more to service, so you should be paying more than a smaller organizations using fewer resources.

Why is your pricing so low?

Our goal is to keep pricing as low as possible because our mission is to put these next-generation tools and capabilities into as many hands as possible to make the greatest impact.

We've priced Storyline to fit with your needs as you start, and to allow us to support you fully as you grow and add customers.
